Aternative Belly and Teeth for the Aldi So Crafty Shark

Hello shark fans!

This was finished 41 weeks ago!

You thought I had forgotten didn’t you? It’s ok, I forgive you. It’s been soooooo long since I bought, unboxed, made, reviewed and published a new tail and fins for the Aldi So Crafty crochet shark kit.

A lot of people have asked me for help with the teeth and belly part of this kit. I have been super busy on the blog and with events but now I have finally had time to write down an alternative pattern for these parts of the shark!

The main section of the belly is made with rows of double crochet, with a switch to pink yarn for the mouth. Once the main part is finished we add the teeth in.

For this pattern you will need to know how to crochet around posts and into front loops only and back loops only. If these techniques aren’t familiar to you, don’t worry, I have a video tutorial for you here.

I hope this pattern is helpful to all of you that need it, if you have any questions don’t hesitate to get in touch. I’ll try my best to help!

As alway I would love to see photos of your finished sharks on our social media pages!
